The Brief_

The new G.J. Gardner brand promise is all about local builders with local knowledge delivering customers great service, customisable design plans and upfront cost transparency. 

Starting with NSW franchise offices, the work includes new branding, photography, a website, survey promotional marketing and quarterly creative campaigns to be rolled out across TV, radio, print and online.  

The central creative thought, 'Imagine Your Home’ was developed to support both state and local franchises.

Creating original photography was key in providing a number of stakeholders an image library so they could create marketing material consistent with the overall brand vision – a lot of time and consideration was spent on each image to create the right mood and content.
