The Brief_

I worked closely with Snag Stand’s dynamic owners – the same team behind successful Mexican outlet Mad Mex – to create an entire brand story for the business including: creative concept, naming, identity, design and copy, packaging and collateral, menus, t-shirts, signage and website.  

With its tagline, “The Home of Heavenly Haute Dogs”, Snag Stand redefines the category, creating an artisan sausage experience with a focus on hand-crafted small batch production, high quality ingredients, and relationships with Australia’s most awarded butchers. Varieties include the Spicy Spanish Chorizo, the Pork and Fennel Italian and the Wagyu Beef. Yum!

The challenge with Snag Stand was to take 'street' food and make it both cool and gourmet - we pioneered dude food – a trend that has taken over our food scene.
